Resurface concrete steps

I water-blasted the steps leading up to our house, and may have been a touch over-zealous, so now need them to be resurfaced. There are some spalled areas (particularly on the landing) and a hole in the first step (indicated in the attached image). I'd also like the sides resurfaced to match the steps.
