Concrete pad for spa pool

We would like to have a concrete pad put down for a spa pool. The area for the pad is 3.2m x 2.4m. The specs we have been given for the concrete slab are reinforced slab at least 100mm thick, must be even base. About 1/3 of this area has some old concrete that will need to be removed. The site is pretty straight forward, I have largely cleared it and it is reasonable level. Access is also easy as the site is at the top of our short (fairly steep) drive. We would also need to have the large gate doors (2) rehinged to open out inside of in. Please refer to the photos and feel free to contact me for any further questions.
