Concrete slab for spa and path

We need to get a concrete pad installed ahead of getting a spa pool. I've attached a some photos. The orange cones mark out the spa area and the white cones mark out the full area of the concrete pad allowing a 50cm path around the spa and adding height to the extending path towards the back gate. The measurements are shown in my diagram below, hopefully enough for an estimate! In the diagram I have divided the concrete into three sections but all would be joined together: 1 - 950 x 800mm (connect spa pad to existing back path to retaining wall) 2 - 2930 x 2700mm (pad for spa area including path around outside) 3 - 2000 x 600mm (raise existing path) The specs we have been given for the concrete slab are reinforced slab at least 100mm thick, must be even base - there is a bit of a slope to remove for the pad, the grass area slopes slightly down towards the house.
