We would like to replace our front steps (10 steps approx.) and small path from steps to the house without removing the original retaining walls. The steps are currently uneven (width and height). Concrete is thin and cracking and will probably come off relatively easily - we think it probably covers original steps. We would ideally like sleeper risers with concrete treads but could live with just concrete if that is most cost effective and we would like them to be even!. Our access is a little tricky as the steps join to footpath which is approx. 80 meters from the road. We can help with labour and removal of old material.

Richard was great to work with, really good communication and kept in touch when work put back one week. The steps look great and meet our expectations. Thanks very much
