Need two holes drilled in concrete ceiling

We need someone to come into our childcare centre after hours and drill two holes (40mm deep) in the concrete ceiling. This means that we will be able to attach a second support pole to our curtain rail to allow us to hang curtains to create a snug sleeping area for our children. We have completed drilling and attached one pole, but ran out of time to do the second. This is old concrete, so needs a commercial drill.
