Concrete footpath to and around part of house

We want to concrete the current path to our front door and around the front of our house. The path is currently just covered in loose small stones. We had an area outside our living room concreted as shown in the first photo we have provided, and now want to look at having this same style of concrete path to replace the current stone path. Depending on cost, we may extend the path a bit further around the house than it is now. There is also an area at the back of the house that was paved, but the paving was broken up when we did some renovations. We would like to look at getting this paved as well. This area will also need some consideration to drainage as well. At a quick measure, I think the area we are looking at paving will be at least 30sqm, but could be 40sqm or more depending on what we finally decide what to do and consideration of cost.
