Concrete Pathway, Partial Driveway/Car-Pad and Infill Wall

There are four main aspects of the work; each with photos : ///////////\\\\\\\\\\\\\ 1. Create infill concrete in hole-in-wall located in back of garage, assumed this was created when electrics were installed by previous owners, I have installed temporary plywood to reduce soil ingress. Assume some reinforcement/tie required. Measurements c. 180cm x 52cm (max 70cm) x 23cm depth ///////////\\\\\\\\\\\\\ 2. Relay front area of driveway/car-pad, concrete is broken-up and assume mesh reinforcement is required. Clearly tree-root has lifted concrete, happy for new pad to expose root if appropriate. Measurements c. 290 cm x 160cm ///////////\\\\\\\\\\\\\ 3. Lay concrete and mesh to fill broken drive/car-pad in front of garage. Measurements c. 180cm x 70cm plus 100 x 30cm ///////////\\\\\\\\\\\\\ 4. Lay areas of concrete pathway to match, will require formwork and some breaking of concrete at front entrance, including partial slope to allow water to drain. Measurements c. 370cm x 90 and 160cm x 90 ///////////\\\\\\\\\\\\\ Job to be awarded based on complete cost including mixing/order of concrete and all materials.
