Ground prep and lay concrete paths

We want to extend the existing concrete path down the side and front of our house. Ground requires prepping and is on a slope. Also require a reinforced pad to fit under a new water tank on other side of house. Best guess would be about 20m of footpath about a meter wide + 2sqm reinforced pad. No access for diggers unfortunately but easy access for cement truck with a boom thingy :)
