laying path in garden

laying a series of stepping stones for a garden path. Tiles are 2 different colours & thicknesses. They need to be flush to ground level. I'm open to advice about how to make that work. Goes as far as end of new raised beds. Would like an idea on cost, please come & do a quote. See photo for details.
