Leaky garage to repair

I am interested in getting a quote/estimate in relation to my garage. It was built in the 80s by the mongrel mob over a weekend whilst drinking crates of beer as my house was once owned by their gang accountant! So I can’t go back and complain about getting it fixed! I want to: - get it water proofed so I can get electricity into the garage for lights and a door (there is rust in one of the roof steel girders). possible redo the floor - we want to use the space for a table tennis area when the car is not in there - water proof the flat top of the garage if necessary – note the ‘roof’ is walked over to get around the side of the house. might want to use resene sure seal and Resene walk on paint if advised - get a hole drilled in the back wall to be able to get an electric cable in - the door opening cut to be wide enough for a garage door install – it is narrower than a standard door width and I may want it cut to a wider length than the standard (and so a custom garage door) as it is a narrow street and dangerous to get in and out of with a narrow turning angle - garage floor to be fixed up by the door entry area - exterior of the garage also needs some fixing up to make plastering it later on easier (the wall is far from flush in places - any work necessary by the side door area towards eventually replacing the door put in there (which is not functional) - potentially making the garage a bit taller by adding a few blocks in heights around the edge Can view the garage in google maps, 41 Mckinley Crescent.
