Spot-fix of concrete perimeter foundation and fixing/easing of doorway

We have a door to our laundry that we've been jamming closed over the last 18 months. This has caused a small amount of the concrete on the perimeter foundation (adjacent to the doorway) to fall off. We would like the concrete repaired and for the door to be fixed so that it no longer jams.
