Repair leak on garage roof

Hi there, The concrete roof of our garage has been leaking for a while now. Cracks has been forming and we can see apparent bumps. We've apply some sealant but we would like to redo and waterproof the roof properly as we are planning to cover with a deck. The area is about 20m2. We are looking for a quality well finished job.
