Concreting bit to avoid soil blocking under stairs pipe #2

Hi there, I have an area where rain water runs, that I would like to concrete. Right now it's running on soil, and so bringing quite a bit of dirt a the pipe that connects it down to the stormwarer drain (see pictures). I've circled in red where the rain waters come from, all down the dirt/ground, then through the pipe running under the stairs. I would like to concrete the part before the pipe, so that no dirt gets into the pipe. There would still be leaves (its under a plant), but that's ok I guess. Let me know if you could do it and if you need to come have a look first. Cheers Eric
