Concrete sealing

Hi there, I have a concrete garage built into the hillside in Roseneath Wellington that appears to have or had water leaks in concrete back wall. Property owners have requested a quote for repair / resealing. The garage is currently tenanted, however I have photos available if that's of any help? Look forward to hearing from you.
