Concrete foundations

Hi. We are in the consent phase of a owner-builder new build and we’d like to start lining up contractors for the work we can’t do ourselves. We are looking for: Someone to lay our concrete foundations. Some to build our retaining walls and vehicle access way. Someone to provide and install our underfloor heating system. There are also a number of other electrical systems that could be bundled into one job (solar power, electric car charger, heat pump hot water) I have the consent and engineering documents and can send them through to you. The site is flat. Site visits can be arranged. Note the photo was taken during clearance of the building that used to be onsite - it is totally clear now.
