I have a circa 1930 concrete garage that is showing its age. It has some cracks in the ceiling that have been plastered over but that has come away and the re-bar is showing and rusting. The ceiling is leaking but the structure seems to be generally sound. I'm primarily looking to make sure the structure is sound.
