Concrete steps replacement

We are currently in the middle of some drainage replacement work.The pipes run underneath concrete steps alongside our house (approx 15 steps and some path). We have discovered the steps will need to be completely removed and replaced as there is no reinforcement/framework underneath.. Currently just the middle section has been taken out to allow for the drainage work.. This work is pretty urgent as there is a large muddy trench next to my house and no steps on the right side of the property for tenants to access the street/car parks (6 unit property)
