Two concrete jobs

Body Corporate work for apartments. A water pipe burst under a section of path so that needed to be ripped up to lay new pipe. Looking for someone to tidy it up (make a straight line repair) and being careful around the new pipes. The existing bottom two steps shown in the photo have subsided a little so they are not quite level - I'm thinking just cut out the jagged part in line with the steps. There is also some repair work needed for outside another unit here (see the separate photo of cracked area, so the potential for two jobs in one at the same place for a concrete wizard. Unfortunately, this job is about 60 steps up from the roadside.
