Useable basement space

We plan to excauvate under our house bungalow, 4 br, drop the foundations down to the new level, concrete the floor, insulate and build a wall behind the excauvated area. The basement area we are looking at excauating is approximately 70-80 m2, with 40-50 m3 of fill to be removed.
