concrete path

I have a section of path that needs concreting. We had to replace some of the watermain underground clay pipes with new plastic ones (probably due to earthquake damage). The re-concreting of the path isn't a big job, but the access is slightly difficult. The path is on the side of the house leading to the back door - but it's uphill. Probably only c. 4 to 5 metres long by 1-2 m wide. There is also a square that needs to be concreted in - see pix.
