We need someone to lay a concrete floor alongside of our house. It is around 33 squared meters. We want a smooth concrete finish.

In overall, they did a good job to lay the concrete floor and completed it on time. But they didn't inform us and left us a big bill when the cost got over our budget. However, they were happy to make it cheaper.
