Foundation work for new garage.

Foundation work. I am looking at putting a new double garage, or double garage and studio (9*6m) on the back of my property. The back of the property is on a gradient, so some of the garage will need to be on poles (or the area dug down?). I need some guidance on the feasibility of the options and costs associated with what might work. Attached a picture of approximate location.
