Concrete path repairs

We have some concrete steps that have had 20mm tiles added on top, some of these have broken. We need someone to remove the remaining tiles, and either replace with ones that don't break, or re-concrete the surface of the steps. There are 10(?) steps to fix. As a possible additional job, there is a big step further up the path that is on a slope: we would like to know how much to make this two flatter steps. Please note that we need this to be done between 11 and 21 Dec, or the last two weeks of January.
