25m2 Concrete Patio on slope

New 5m x 5m concrete patio area, raising level significantly (average 300-400mm) above old crumbling concrete area (2 x 3m) and also covering old garden area. New patio will be level but is on sloping ground - on downhill end will require boxing 600-700mm+ tall, uphill end will butt against existing concrete path ~200mm deep. A lot of broken concrete path fill available that can (ideally) be used to raise level and reduce amount of concrete needed
