Concrete repair

Hi, I am getting a gate installed in my driveway. My driveway has a bit of a slope(about 4-5 inch drop) and to get the gate fixed i need to get a concrete rail built to level that slope out. The length of this rail will have to be around the 4.5 meter mark. Also a couple of my fence posts are rotten in the foundation and will have to replaced.
