Foundation for basement extension (digging 19 holes + concrete filling)

For a basement extension under the existing house I need a LBP to dig 19 holes for foundations. Size of all holes is 35 x 35 cm, depth is 4 x 90 cm, 8 x 20 cm and 7 x 45 cm (see attachment). 9 holes are under the existing house, 8 are outside for new stairs/deck. All is easy accessible. I want fixed price offers (including all costs) for a) just digging the holes (and prepare for council approval) and b) digging the holes and making the foundations (just concrete, no reinforcement steel).
