CONCRETE SLAB, DRIVEWAY AND PAVEMENTS Garage foundation and slab including masonry blockwork and concrete steps - Demolish and remove existing driveway - Excavation, site preparation (sub base compacted), sand blinding, DPM - Formwork - Reinforcing Steel - Pour and trowel concrete slab (approx.. 44m²) - Masonry blockwork (inc. reo and control joint) Driveway, Steps and Landings - Excavation, site preparation, new driveway - Formwork - Reinforcing Steel - Co-ordinate works as required with nominated Electrician - Install drainage and connect to existing stormwater - New concrete steps and landing - New landing for bins New Foundation Infill in Existing Garage- New foundation infill as shown on the plans Pavement- New pavement as shown on the plans Please refer below to request detailed plans and specifications. Arrange for council inspections please advise on number of visits (fees are included in building consent) The site is in Brooklyn, Wellington and can be inspected, and plans provided in pdf, please email me on --- or call me on --- for detailed pdfs of the plans and specifications. I have attached a jpeg of the plans but they not the best quality. Looking for qualified tradesmen (LBP), quotes to be provided by 5pm 1st September 2017.
