We have a concreted path between our house and a concrete block retaining wall - about one meter width and the length of the back of our home. the concrete is tilted towards the house and has also eroded so that stagnant water builds up and sits against the house/drains to under our house/garage. The house is increasingly moldy and damp and this is sure to be a main cause. The previous homeowner also has cut a gully in the drainage surround so that the water drains to the stormwater. We have been advised that this is not to code. We'd like to get a quote for some sort of drainage that drains well away from the home. Assuming this will mean concrete removal. Replacement not necessary if it could be dealt to in another way - i.e. stones/pavers etc. Also would like an estimate for the cost of repairing/replacing drain (which gets blocked with leaves regularly as well).
