Concrete column repair

Hi there, we have 7 concrete columns (between 3 and 5 meters) that have decayed overtime. We would like to have them repaired/wrapped to a point no maintenance is required for another ten years or so. All structural work has been completed (new columns put in, just want the old ones tidied up, they are encased in the photo below).
