Concrete Path

I have an existing concrete path which i wish to pour new concrete over the top of to tidy it up. The path is about 12 metres long and 700mm wide. I want the concrete to be atleast 75mm thick. A small ammount of boxing will be required but not much as there is an existing retaining wall you can pour into down one side of the path. The job is down a long path and some stairs so a Concrete pump will be needed. I want one price to complete the whole job from preperation to placing
