Concrete steps

We need someone to rebuild the uneven concrete steps coming down our only access footpath. We have approximately 75 uneven steps - 15 metres long and 1 metre wide. We need to have even steps with smooth finish for safety purposes (we have a baby now, so it's not about us anymore!). Happy for the steps to be built on top of the existing ones but not sure if that's a possibility.
