Concrete Floor Beam Repair

Hi, I have a job to repair a concrete floor beam under the house. The concrete is spalling due to corrosion in the reinforcing steel. Its about a meter wide where the concrete was spalling off. The concrete needs to be removed, the steel polished, treated and then the concrete made nice again. Please only get in touch if you did similar job, has reference and experience. Thanks much, Peter
