New Concrete Steps

Demolition of existing concrete steps which have cracked and subsided (see photo). Removal of waste. Build new concrete steps (see 2 drawings). Ground preparation including minimum 150mm of compacted hardfill. Construct formwork. Install reinforcing including epoxying bars into existing retaining wall. Pour concrete (25MPa at 28 days). Remove formwork (can leave some or all on site if untreated timber as we have a fire). Allow to cure.
