New concrete steps, path and nib wall

New concrete steps and path required for primary access to residential dwelling in Roseneath. These replace old steps and path (to be removed by the owner). New nib wall to run alongside steps and path. Steps: 27, width 1.0m, rise 160mm, tread 330mm (step 1 triangular as shown in accompanying drawing). Path: width 1.0 m, length approx 4 lineal metres. Nib wall: 125 thick, total length 14.5 lineal metres, height varies (10.5 m x 500 mm high and 4.0 m x 900 mm high). Steps commence 3 m in from street edge, and 4 m above it.
