Concrete wall repairs

We have an old style roadside concrete garage and wall that requires some superficial tidy up work and repairs where there are some minor cracks and concrete work coming away (including a gate fastening). I believe the structure is possibly brick/block with concrete plastering and the traditional dimpled/aggregate surface finish. The photos best illustrate the work required.
