Concrete slab

Hi We Wish to have an existing 4 by 1.5m concrete slab removed and replaced with a 6.2 by 3.0 by 0.075m concrete slab as per attached the attachments. Concrete surface finish must be a smooth rounded stone texture, see photo example. Machine access to job area is restricted but it is easily accessible and should be a straight forward job. The slab must be sloped to drain onto lawn. We wish to have the work site left in a clean and tidy state. Note we have 2 small dogs , so gates must be kept closed at all times. We wish subject to quotes being acceptable to have the job completed within the next 2 weeks. Regards Dave and Wendy
