Concrete cutting - first and second floors

I need to cut a 2.8m x 1.1m hole in 150mm thick concrete on the second floor for a staircase to be inserted. Also need to cut a 4m x 2.1m section out out of the ground floor slab at the edge, also 150mm thick. Concrete has been in place for 14 weeks.
