re-concrete courtyard allowing for water drainageas corner is a damp area, re-stabilise retaining wall in courtyard, flatten lawn and build retaining wall (either wood or concrete whatever is cheaper) with a fence on top of it, this is on the top lawn which overlooks the courtyard. Flatten the lawn as one edge of it is raised. I have levels from a surveyer which can provide if needed. Photos to follow.
