Driveway + Fence $5k challenge

We will have about $5k available in around a month to transform the front of our house. So would like to start now with you to decide what we can achieve and get your great ideas. Best ideas and solution with the budget wins! The existing driveway is a bit tired, it is 4m wide in the widest section and is 12m long. We're open to ideas on how to transform it, relay it with new concrete, coat/paint it, replace sections of it to mix and match old and new or pave, we're looking for creative ideas. Fence, well there is none! we want some street appeal and security. The section with lawn is 12m long, then the small part with the crib wall is 3m long that can stay or go we don't mind if you can integrate it into the design. We also want gates across the driveway, and maybe a pedestrian gate, depending on the design we come up with. We are in the Maupuia area.
