Paving Down below

I've got a design for an outdoor area from an Architect 10m squared. I'd like to get someone who can help me lay the paving. BASE COURSE VOLUME REQUIRED: 10m2 x 100mm = 1.0m3 SAND BASE VOLUME REQUIRED: 9m2 x 40mm = --- . I am 51 and would like to help on the job - I wont be able to be there all the time I'd also like someone to give some advice about a stone walk way I have that has poor drainage and is constantly getting weeds. I suspect the area needs to be dug out some more, some drainage installed and then the stones reinstalled back.
