Extend driveway over current lawn, concrete or paving, approx 16m2

Hi, we would like the concrete on our driveway extended across to enable two cars to park on the drive. Open to options on what to use, either concrete or pavers. The dimensions are a rectangle 6m long, one end is 2.75m, the other 3.4m. The square garden in the middle is 1.8m x 1.25m which will remain there, so its basically a chunky U-shape that needs the work - see pic (excuse branches at bottom right corner, these will be removed). Would like a quote first if possible thanks.
