Campervan park

We have an existing front section of garden that we want to change into a place to park a vehicle. The vehicle parked will be a Toyota Hiace or similar, but probably not more than 3500kg. The area is not level, so we think there will need to be a retaining wall. We'd like to hear about different options for the surface e.g. concrete or stones. There are some photos below of the space, plus a drawing of what we think we need! The job would need to include removal of existing fence, plants, and drainage (in addition to the retaining wall and surface). We would be able to take the top layer of existing stones away. We may want to relocate the feijoa tree that is growing there, but only if that's easy and can be done with tools you'd already be using e.g. a digger.
