Patch of concrete on driveway

Refer the photo - on the driveway some part of the concrete is lower than the other. I need a new patch of concrete so that it's all level. The address is 45 Merton St (go to the block of shops at the end of the street on the south side and it's the driveway that runs to the back of the units). I don't know why part of the concrete is lower. I don't think that it's currently sinking - it has been like that since I bought there about four years ago. However, when you quote for the job make sure please that you do something to address any potential sinking issues. All I want at the end of the day is for that part of the driveway to be level and to remain that way.
