Concrete and drainage for driveway

Continuation of partially concreted driveway - about 20m to be done. Have a serious drainage issue (water flows down drive from roadside drain) would like to install a cattle stop like this one --- at the bottom of drive and use as a water catcher. Will need some solution to remove water caught by the stop. Open to other drainage solutions but will need to handle high volumes of water and be easy to clean.
