Replace asphalt driveway with concrete

We would like a rather specialised concrete layer to quote for our new driveway. Currently we have an old asphalt drive roughly 60sqm which is really lumpy. I'm keen to rip this up and replace with a clean light concrete aggregate. Ideally this would slope away from the house to move water away from the subfloor and gutters either side. Images attached of what we would like. Any existing work of exposed aggregate would be useful to help us choose which style. Cheers
