New driveway, front fence and gates, with drainage

We want a refresh of our house's front entrance including: a new driveway to allow off street parking for a larger car parallel to the road instead of at 90 degrees; a new (up to) 1.8m high front wooden fence with a manual sliding gate for the car, new letter box and pedestrian gate; and roof water drainage under/ through the driveway to the street (instead of going back along the house to the drains), and access to drains. Also open to other improvement ideas.
