New driveway

repair existing driveway with chip seal or asphalt (whatever is more appropriate), and create a new parking area in front of the house (currently it is lawn). The driveway is 26m long and 2.6m wide. The new area in front of the house is roughly 6.5m x 5m. Contractor must provide all materials, prepare lawn for chip seal or asphalt, and produce a quality finish. Contractor is also required to remove all rubbish from the site. The turf can remain on site.
