Concrete advice

Looking for some advice about the discolouration/condition of some parts of my driveway. It's a brand new (2015) four car driveway in UH - noticed issues within 3 months of moving in in mid 2016. Independent report's been done by developer, but not available yet. Been told that it's to do with the river stone it was build on coming through. Keen to speak to someone who may be able to provide some advice on what could have caused it/second opinion. No idea on budget as I've no idea what's involved, and even if it's worth pursuing. Thanks
