driveway fix and path

I want to remove a small piece of an existing driveway as the level is wrong and re lay at new level. Strip is approx 4m wide by 2m long. Photo shows a temporary repair want to cut the dark section out and pour to fully match rest of drive and to avoid cracks from a thin repair. At the same time I would like to lay a path down the side for the house approx 25m and also pour a pad under our house. I can do a lot of the prep work potentially the hard bit I don't want to risk is the ordering and pouring of the concrete.

Norm, Stu and the team were brilliant. Norm was the fastest to respond to the quote request and was onsite within days. We only had to wait 2 weeks and he was onsite the day he promised to be there. Really trustworthy and honest people. Really easy to communicate with and we changed one of our plans mid project that was met with a no problem mate. Job was done to a good standard and the price was excellent for the amount of work done. I have already recommended to others.
