Kitchen/hallway concrete grind and polish

Concrete cutting and removal of rotten fence posts

I’ve removed a section of our fence as it was sagging due to a few of the posts rotting at ground level. I tried to lever out the remnants of the posts, but that didn’t work. Drilling and hacking the rotten wood resulted in progress, but very laborious and slow. A builder has recommended that we get some nice clean cuts made in the concrete that surrounds the posts/holes, then use a jackhammer to help get the remaining bits of post out of the ground. Underhouse storage concrete floor

I’m hoping to get an under house storage area concreted, it’s about 4.7x4.7m with about 1.8-2.2m headroom. It’s consented as a non habitable laundry area, currently a timber subfloor area with a dirt floor. There are a few minor obstacles in the room (subfloor supports, pump and rainwater tanks) and we will need a stepped form to maintain head height for laundry access. Access to the room is from the bottom of the drive through a single door so should not be a challenge.

Making uneven concrete even for painting

We have removed tiles on our entrance steps and found the concrete underneath to be uneven with grinder marks and uneven spots. We are wanting to make these surfaces flat and without these imperfections so that we can paint the concrete for a final finish. This may be a new layer of concrete on top or maybe it needs to be grinded.

We need a concrete pad for our worm bins, about 2m square. It is down the end of our property, so will probably require hand mixing in a wheelbarrow. We also need a garden path created, about 12m long. It may need digging out with a small digger, then laying gap(?) and compacting. We would like bluestone crazy paving on top, with gaps between for creeping thyme to grow through. Access is easy, with the path next to our flat driveway.
